Absolutely awful service. Sent message to say package would be delivered between 17:30 and 18:30. At around 16:00 a further message was sent saying the slot had changed to 20:00 to 22:00. At 19:30 we received a message that the driver 'could not access the property' despite there clearly being no effort whatsoever to deliver the package. Now apparently they can't change the delivery address and will keep trying to deliver to the same address, despite having been informed that we work and this will simply result in another failed delivery. Customer service representatives seem to be as mentally-impaired as the lazy idiots they employ as delivery drivers. An absolute disgrace of a company. Just upset I had to give them 1 star, as they don't deserve even that.
