Close down customer services unless you can make them prompt, efficient and polite. Your game needs to be raised 100% as at present IF you can get through your whole approach seems to be to alienate the customer with your lack of attention, dishonesty and rudeness. Everything you do encourages the customers frustrations to be shown - and you have the hypocrisy to lecture about this in your recorded message adding further annoyance after the 30 minutes wait to get through !!!!!! Hardly a master stroke of management Sinead Crooke !!! But reveals very clearly the state of DPD as they make a lame attempt at best to defend and disguise their shambolic inefficiencies !!! -
I will never use DPD again when I have the choice and I will not buy from suppliers who do.
