Sack all the managers and start again...as for Customer Services - whoever is in charge of this lot must be retarded - how have they got the nerve to tell customers not to get angry and abusive on their recorded message when this is all that they do after your 40 minute wait to get through....This department should be closed and rather than just infuriate the customer with their total lack of respect and efficiency. They are clearly parrots of a very badly thought out (or maybe no thought ??!) 'system' and are an utter disgrace!!
I will not be using DPD again or any company that uses them for their deliveries.
