I ordered a violin on 22/11/2018 next day delivery (23/11/2018) for my son's birthday.
DPD "tried" to deliver but to the wrong address! The reality being that they tried to deliver to the first house that remotely resembled my address.
After much complaining they sent me an email assuring me that it would be delivered today (24/11/2018).
They then sent me another email thanking me for requesting to change the delivery address to Monday 26th. This message also said it would be delivered to the first address they tried, and not my address.
I made no such request, they are lying. Just how inept can one company be? Hiding behind a faceless website, making it very difficult to talk to anyone, enables them to operate in a completely unprofessional way with zero regard for their customers. Their sheer size enables them to get away with this.
Trying top get any sort of meaningful dialogue started is like talking to a pre-school child.
