Marks comments below are spot on and they seem to make no effort whatsoever to engage with their customers. They are anonymous and unaccountable . They are dishonest and incompetent. They are rude and confrontational.
DPD do not deserve your custom and they do not deserve to survive. One of the worst and most cynical companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Avoid at all costs and avoid companies who use them
