What a bloody joke.... AGAIN!!
First they lose a parcel (almost a month ago) and now today the driver was supposed to drop the parcel at my next door neighbours as instructed via their website, and where did the driver drop the parcel off? At number 174! How the f**k is that number 67??
Then a phone call to the even more useless customer service agent only to be advised that the quickest way for me to retrieve my parcel would be to collect it myself!! No, really.... That's your best advice, what did you think I was going to do?
DPD you really are as useful as a bag of pigshit, and the pre recorded message you have before a customer gets connected to one of your agents explains all now... You know yourselves that you are a failure as a company and that you have far too many unsatisfied customers which will grow in number as Christmas gets nearer... UTTER FAIL!
