As everyone else has commented their delivery times are meaningless, their processes are useless, and their customer service staff do not deserve to be called customer service. The person I spoke to was rude, aggressive, unhelpful and hung up on me. He told me that it was not their fault because they were inundated by Black Friday sales and HE wouldn't give delivery timeframes. I pointed out that he worked for a company that did and my package was four hours late on a timescale that THEY had chosen. Refused to give me supervisors name, his name and shouted at me before hanging up.
