I would give them less than one star if it was possible! I sent two parcels together for delivery to the same address but only one arrived leaving me out of pocket £261.79 inc vat plus the DPD delivery fee I have been jumping through hoops since trying to get a recovery from them. Please think twice before entrusting them with your parcels! (DPD2138429).
