Got through to Customer Services after 35 mins wait only to hear a prerecorded ridiculous message from a Sinead Crooke damn nearly convincing me I was wasting my time complaining and mustn't be cross that DPD had screwed up again and wasted 2 days of mi annual leave chasing failed deliveries through their lies !!
Give Sinead Crooke to DPD to deliver and they will probably lose her. Now that's Customer Service for you !
