Promised my parcel on Saturday ( received email sayin they have it but not to worry if not home will try Monday
Monday came I received an email saying today
Contacted the customer service ( based in India) reading from a script they kept ending the chat on me
Said not received at depot but will be with me tomorrow ( Tuesday ) now
I have asked for a human to call me no response as yet!
Will not order online from a company that uses DPD
This isn’t the first time they have failed at delivering!
