DPD advised that they had attempted to deliver my parcel although despite being in all day waiting I did not hear the door, nor was a notice posted.
Since then I have twice been told that my parcel is ready for collection from the local pick-up point. As instructed I have attended the pick-up point twice only to be informed on both occasions that my parcel has not been delivered.
I have not been able to speak with anyone from DPD , while the customer service email just provided the same information I quoted them.
Extremely poor service
