Mobile phone delivery scheduled for Monday - delivery to work. All good... in theory.
DPD try to deliver early as they are in the area on Saturday. Nice idea, but obviously not the requested day.
I get an email on Monday saying my request to have my delivery date moved to Tuesday has been accepted. This was news to me. I didn't make this request, which was worrying. Turns out it was an error at the distribution office.
I'm assured the parcel will be delivered on Tuesday. I'm given the super useful time slot of 06:00 - 22:00. Since I don't work 16 hour shifts, as far as information goes, that offered zero help.
Courier service can't be an easy job, but many complaints could be mitigated by making communications more clear and helpful.
