CUSTOMER SERVICES PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME, I WAS NOT RUDE AT ALL, THEY COULD NOT EXPLAIN WHY THE DRIVER SAID HE COULD NOT GAIN ACCESS TO MY ROAD, ROAD WAS OPEN, BASICALLY A LOAD OF LIES. THE SAME THING HAPPENED LAST WEEK AT AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS. YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED BY DPD. ALWAYS ASK THE COMPANY WHO WILL DELIVER, IF IT IS DPD, AVOID AND ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR THE LACK OF I HAVE HAD THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE TO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED WITH. IF ZERO STARS WERE AVAILABLE, THEN THEY WOULD BE WORTHY OF THAT. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
