I have ordered a perfum from Notino which company using DPD service. I have paid £4 for delivery and my parcel still has not arrived. They should have delivered it on the 3rd of December. I have contacted the company several times but there is no sign of my parcel yet.
I think it is unacceptable customer service regarding the price what they charge for a 120g parcel within the UK.
I would advice people to try to use different delivery companies as DPD clearly doing a terrible job.
