Arranged for a case to be picked up from my son's university and delivered to home. He received a text with time slot but driver did not arrive. Contacted live chat and was told they cannot contact driver, cannot check drivers collection schedule and it could be collected any time up to 5pm. My son waited in all day, missed lectures, but driver never arrived. Contacted live chat again and they could offer no explanation why.
I have cancelled the order - would never use DPD again - wish I had read the reviews here first
