Let down again today and now it seems parcel never left depot for scheduled delivery that I took time off work for. I am so sick of DPD's unreliable system that wastes so much of it's customers time and money. This has happened many times before and I will no longer use any suppliers who use DPD as they are useless and when you complain totally ineffective and rude - they don't seem to care.
