I now have 4 emails apologising for 'missing me' when I was in waiting for them....this equates to 4 days of my life DPD !!! Apparently the parcel is now lost - and I should contact the sender !!!!!!!! I will certainly be contacting the sender to inform them of this and to let them know that if they are to continue using DPD then I will not buy from them !! Terrible unreliable and dishonest company that does not deserve to be in business and at this rate soon won't be. Just look at all the reviews with very similar issues and complaints - do DPD respond? Do they care ? Do they respect their customers ? Clearly not.
