Absolutely disgusting and appalling company - they I was home all day waiting for the delivery, then they "missed me" and left a card. They didn't even knock my door, and not left a card! The same thing happened the next day, now my delivery was sent back to the company I bought it from and I don't even know when I will receive it!
Please go ahead and report them to the company you bought your goods from. Only this way they will see how useless they are and stop using them.
