Posted missed delivery card before any attempt to knock. Got my parcel as I was stood by the door. Called customer services to complain and found an unprofessional attitude geared towards making poor excuses and unhelpfulness. Funny that when you call customer services the head of "customer experiences" has recorded a message asking you not to be rude to her staff- that says all you need to know about the experience of their customers!
