Well they did it again!!! turned up didn't ring my bell, left a card and have now lost my parcel !!! Told to contact sender like it is their fault !!! DPD are a disgrace and should not be trusted. I will NEVER use any company who uses them again.
As for complaining to Customer Services - forget it...you might as well talk to a scarecrow .... you would certainly get more sense, more interest and less insults !!
