FURIOUS! DPD will claim nobody was at home, even though someone was!! I have had this issue before with DPD a few months back. I complained and received a less than satisfactory response. Why am I not surprised this has happened again? If I had known DPD were the courier, I would have ordered the item elsewhere! I have been waiting at the home for the delivery all day, and the driver has simply taken a picture of the block of flats from the street and driven off claiming I am not in. I was in. I was tracking him on the website at the time. I have no option to leave the item in a safe place. If I did, I would have it delivered to a safe place, so there is no excuse. Why does this keep happening? How can I receive my item? Obviously the driver doesn't want to deliver this to my address as its to much hassle for him.
