Managers - if you and your drivers have to lie and cheat about deliveries showing total unreliability and disrespect to customers time and trust - what does this say about your broken system and recruitment ?? As for customer experiences dept they should ball be sacked starting at the top as they are a disgrace.
DPD have to be the worst delivery company by far and should be avoided
