Total failure to deliver, broken promises, lies and ignorance. I would never trust this company ever again. I would rather rely on a cage full of carrier pigeons before I even consider thinking about DPD.
In the end I contacted the sender to recall and use a more competent company. Good riddance DPD, hopefully I never have to deal with you again.
