A DPD driver (swindon area) attempted to steal my (expensive) parcel, and tried to claim i signed for it. It took them a week to locate the package before promising and failing to redeliver twice and I still don't have my package!
Because of the incompetence of this service, i will be turning up to my family gathering without a Christmas present.
I feel beyond let down by this service.
