Dreadful let down for Christmas - two expensive 'express deliveries' not delivered to me promised to redeliver - never did and now 'lost' !! I can't afford the time or money to replace them - try telling your kids that !!!
Customer services an absolute and insulting farce rubbing further salt into the situation - they just make me furious with their lame and disinterested stupid responses - they are insulting and useless as is DPD as a company.
