worst experience ever with a delivery company - they really don't care about their customers or their parcels. They lie and are totally unreliable. They are clearly very badly managed and their systems seem not fit for purpose.
Their Customer Services is just insulting and confrontational from beginning to end and their greeting message warning about customers not getting angry is just pathetic and says it all about DPD - I will not be using them again after yet another let down and waste of my time and money
