DPD have missed the paid for delivery slot AGAIN and I want compensation but there is no response from them and it seems that they don't want to be accountable...Their Customer Servives line is just an insult - they are either inundated with complaints or they are under staffed...either way when/if you get through then you will find that they are useless, dishonest and abusive.
Be warned and do not trust DPD - they do not care about their customers and do not deserve your business or trust,, Awefull company who must soon self distruct.
