Driver says no one was in despite gate being opened and I being in! Photograph taken by the driver which shows the gate being opened. No phone call to see if I was in.
Made no attempt to drive through the gate and find our unit. Disappointing as they have let me down due sheer laziness and Nike who trust DPD to deliver the goods. It is extremely disappointing.
