Reading these reviews must make DPD proud that they are getting it so right - where do they recruit their management 'team' from? As for their customer services management ('Tourettes Team') they should be thrown back on the pile.
It is hard to understand how a company this bad and with such an awful reputation and attitude towards their clients can survive.
If you respect yourself, your property and your business more than DPD obviously don't then you would do best to avoid them.
