DPD apparently tried to deliver my parcel 3 time (I have been in all week and checked cctv camera - they have not !!! - they now state that parcel is 'lost' and I need to contact sender.
Their customer services is a nightmare to get through to and when you do it is clear that they don't care to the point of being rude and confrontational.
Dreadful unreliable and dishonest company that should be avoided.
