Bottom line is that DPD are just unable to perform the service that they are employed to carry out. They are dishonest and disinterested. Their customer services is rude, aggressive and totally disrespectful to their customers. It seems clear that they despise their customers and lie to them on a regular basis trying to cover up the chronic failures in their system.
DPD are totally unreliable and it seems they think that they are unaccountable.
DPD should not be in business and soon won't be with their terrible attitude and management.
