They also rate their jobs much higher than their customers rate DPD's 'service' - says it all! obviously a cushy number for some. But when you talk to Supervisors and Managers you soon realise that the problem with the delivery drivers is only the thin edge of the wedge...Terrible 'management' and their Customer Services is beyond belief...How can their managers keep their jobs unless their brief is to insult and lose customers and clients...?
