If I know a supplier uses DPD I ask for an alternative and tell them why. If they cannot offer another courier then I cancel order - simple.
After numerous failures of DPD and rude and dishonest attitude and one that obviously disrespects their customers enough is enough - NEVER AGAIN !
I strongly advise you not to waste your time and money or risk your company's reputation by using their shambolic service
