Never again. Paid for door to door delivery from London to Lyon, France. Parcel was never delivered, The plastic container I sent my parcel in was destroyed. My friend had to pick up the parcel from the delivery depot. They claim they made several attempts to deliver and recipient wasn't at the address. It's their word against yours so you can't prove it. They also reject to pay for the damages.
