Disgraceful Customer Services - If these calls are really monitored then the boss of this department should be sacked.
Are they really trained to be so thick, rude and unhelpful ?? They are disinterested in resolving but quick to blame customer. Their supervisors (if you can reach one) are worse and seem intent on disrespecting their customers with very legitimate complaints. They are extremely confrontational and abusive.
As for DPDs unreliable service this is just appalling and repeatedly unreliable. Their excuses are dishonest and very few seem to care enough to try to resolve the frequent issues that their useless broken systems create - Avoid at all costs !
