'BOYCOTT DPD AND MAKE UK DELIVERIES GREAT AGAIN'
DPD are just unable to deliver a reliable delivery service and they couldn't care less or so it would appear when you try to contact them.
Sack all managers and start again !! especially their Customer 'Experiences' dept that are absolutely the worst ever....from the pathetic outgoing message that tells customers how to behave to their response to complaints and issues which is just insulting, disinterested, dishonest and rude. TERRIBLE AND DO NOT DESERVE YOUR TRUST !
