Paid extra to have an item from Currys delivered on a Saturday and the delivery got changed to a collection at Matalan. I did not ask for this, why the hell would I pay delivery then have it delivered to a shop?!? If I wanted to go to a shop I would have just drove to Currys! DPD say the request was made through their app but I don't have their app and have never used it. Bunch of lying scumbags, avoid at all costs.
