Just spent 45 minutes trying to get through to Customer Services - eventually got through and they listened to my complaint .....said there was nothing they could do...I asked to be put through to a supervisor (Josh ?) and then he rudely put the phone down on me !!
What a caring department convincing me that I will NEVER use DPD again....job done DPD !!
