Dispatcher writes a name that doesn't exist on the note.. no address nothing.
Hence, i believe dispatcher takes the parcel for him or herself.
contacted customer care, asked for parcel number, i provide it..He then said he could trace it because the dispatcher never scanned the parcel upon final dispatch.
I cant help he said.
