My parcel was instructed to leave safe, which the driver did but unfortunately he left it safe at an incorrect address. I called your CS to explain and they called the driver while I held. The advisor advised me where the driver had delivered to (block opposite mine). I retrieved my parcel and within half hour the driver called round to check I had retrieved the parcel and he couldn’t apologise enough. First class service from the customer service advisor and from the driver (Matthew) for coming back to help rectify and checking I had my parcel.
