For the second day in a row I received a notification that I wasn't at home even though I was, both today and yesterday. They also said they left a calling card - they didn't. Liars! And I've wasted another day.
I called customer service to complain and ask about my parcel and they hang up on me. I will do all I can to avoid using DPD in the future because they simply don't respect their customers and their time.
