Consistently poor service. Allocating a one hour time slot on the day of delivery is not viable for most customers!
When requested to leave parcel with neighbour in a gated complex with intercom, DPD did not even attempt to ring any neighbours or leave a card. Used the excuse that premises were closed.
Poor customer service helpdesk, who essentially listen to complaint but are unuable to assist or make changes
