Company claims to have a delivery window. I waited OUTSIDE my apartment building and watched the bridge go up for incoming boats and during this time DPD claims they attempted to deliver my parcel but I wasnt home even though I was sitting outside.
Its been over 4 days with no resolution. Have no idea where my package is. Brexit is a lot easier to handle than the rubbish DPD puts customers through.
