What huge mistake trusting this company with the task of delivering my parcel.
Paid to send a parcel through the company I work for who have an an account with Dpd. My teenage daughter after having received a new phone for Christmas was gifting her old iPhone to her grandparents. The parcel never arrived. Shows as being held (Approx 6/7 weeks now). After making contact numerous times and putting a claim, still no further forward. At every turn I have got nowhere, claim refused, parcel still missing/lost/held or possibly stolen from within the Dpd network. Have asked for the parcel to be returned, which they will not/cannot do. Have been told complaint has been escalated to the highest level and still there is nothing more they can or will do. Not an offer to compansate for the missing item ( Evan after providing proof of ownership, IME number ect ). Not Evan an offer to refund the cost of the service which hasn’t been delivered. I have effectively paid for the privilege of having my parcel, lost or stolen. There claim of handling your parcel with the best possible care, in my experience are not to be believed. Very poor from start to finish. True colours have been shown. Very difficult company to deal with when things go wrong. If this happens you will likely be left angry, frustrated and out of pocket.
