AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
How has parcel delivery in the UK stooped to this poor level of quality.
They have zero communication skills - liars and cheats who just care about screwing the public - they should not be in business and are a disgrace.
They do not use telephones so cannot call themselves "couriers", and they use robotic auto-responses to queries, when they inevitable miss their "one hour slots/windows" - you never hear from them again.
I am ashamed that Britain has become infected with these morons.
