They should be closed down! First I missed the parcel, they didn’t leave any note, after that they resent the parcel back to the sender! Back to Germany! When I called the customer service, it wasn’t possible anything to do!
Today I’ve checked my extra charges and I can see for 8 minutes talking to dpd they charged me £44! Very poor customer service!!
