Avoid using - Parcel left on front door step, for all passers by to see- Had asked DPD to leave in a secure place, this instruction ignored. Moral of this case is do not trust DPD to carry out instructions. Also item was delivered damaged. Very poor 'service' .
They did at least take a photo of the parcel left on the front door step - so have evidence to prove just how incompetent they can be
