worst shipping company ever!!!
drivers do not deliver and state I was not in, even if I'd waited for them all afternoon long.
Rescheduling for deliver to my neighbour, got an email confirmation. then, after a while, got another email stating my parcel would be dropped in a shop 5 miles from where I live.
USELESS DRIVERS, USELESS CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!
THEY ARE THE WORST.
I BUY A LOT ONLINE and never have problems with royal mail, ups, parcel force. Some issues with fedex, but DPD is by far the WORST.
