Despite the sender passing on delivery instructions to these Muppets and my confirmation with the local depot by phone that they had the instructions- they didn't bother to tell the driver.
They also refused to return and deliver to the specified neighbour so now i have to go and collect it from the depot myself as its needed urgently- TOTAL SHAMBLES!
