Again, and again, and yet again. Over and over DPD fails and there is no way to contact the company to sort things out, the website does not work properly for me to change the delivery (Sorry, we are experiencing some trouble right now...) and the packages never show in the app despite all the details being correct and used by the sender correctly.
DPD is a complete shamlbes and I wish eBay would stop using them. How can it even be allowed to run a company where the customers are not able to reach them to complain, leave feedback, etc.
